 Installing Actinic
Solution In the Actinic 8 software there is an "Advanced Network Setup" dialog box.

In here you specify all of the server and FTP details. It is obviously
important to get all of the paths to the CG_-BIN directory and the
"acatalog" directory correct otherwise the site won't be able to run any CGI
or Perl scripts (add to cart etc.)

The critical ones appear to be:-

Under Server Details
Make sure Codebase is set to "./"
Make sure Path From CGI-BIN to acatalog Directory is "../acatalog/" -
assuming that the acatalog directory is on the same directory level as the
CGI-BIN.

Under the FTP details
Ensure Path to CGI-BIN is set to "wwwroot/CGI-BIN"
Ensure Path from CGI-BIN to acatalog directory is set to the same as under
the Server Details, i.e. "../acatalog/" - again assuming it's on the same
directory level as the CGI-BIN.

Other minor notes are to make sure "Use Enhanced FTP" is checked and specify
"usr/bin/perl" as the path to perl shell.

Once all of this is correct it is vital that you use the "Refresh website"
option within Actinic 8 to make sure that all of the relevant files are
updated, otherwise the site might not work, even though you've got all of
the details correct.
