 EMail Processing Rules
Solution To help you to combat some of the spam problems you may get on your email account we have developed processing rules that can be used in conjunction with Imail's web mail facility.

To enter the email processing rules you will need to log into your web mail account you can do this by typing

http://mail.(your domain name . its extension)

Your user name will be the user name you will have set up from within HELM the pass will be likewise.

Once you login to web mail you should see a drop down menu on the TOP RIGHT of the screen the initial entry will say "account options"

You will want to click on this icon and then choose the "change my processing rules" option.

As you will never have added a rule to your domain you will need to click on the add icon.

Below are a list of processing rules you can use:

Rule 1 From contains (00InkJets|equalamail|Tail Wagging|GreatDealsDepot|Fun Detective|Integrity Music|yodude|Bargains|diet|payday) Delete
Rule 2 From contains (REGIONS|lotto) Delete
Rule 3 Header contains (free4all.com|.mailbits.com|monsterjoke.com|sarah.freejokes4u.com|SmilePop|geekpost.com) Delete
Rule 4 Subject contains (mortgage|m0rtgage|Prescription|prescribed|Prescripti0n|pharmacy|Ph@rmacy| meds |debt|interracial|Descrambler|Find Out About Anyone|Norton SystemWorks|casino|casin0|Corel Office|Email Advertise|golf wedge|Age Reversal|manhood|it works) Delete
Rule 5 Subject contains (SH0CKlNG|VICODIN|Citibank|Prozac|viagra) Delete
Rule 6 Subject contains (viagra|v1agra|v1@agra|soma|V I A G R A|V?I?A?G?A|refinance|You blocked my ICQ|pain medication|Affordable Health Insurance|Xanax|the patch|generic) Delete
Rule 7 Subject contains (Inkjet Cartridges|medication) Delete
Rule 8 Body contains (Nicotine Patch|Soma|Phentermine|Prescription|viagra,|VIAGRA|VI@GRA|V1@GRA|enlargement pills|Via-gra) Delete
Rule 9 Body contains (refinancing|refinance|cialas|ClALlS|cialis|c1alis|Vicodin,|two lenders|Oxycontin|Vic0din|V1c0d1n|Hydr0c0d0ne) Delete
Rule 10 Body contains (Pharmacy|REF1NANCE) Delete
Rule 11 Body contains (We tried contacting you awhile|petroleum|Homeowner| lotto) Delete

How to add for example rule 1

on the processing rules icon choose the "From" on the drop down menu in the "Select the field that you want to search" part of the rule and check the contains part.

Now copy and paste the rule above then choose the delete mail box to move it to this mail box.

And then press the ADD icon
