My domain name is Giving a .NET Error
My domain name is Giving a .NET Error
Solution
Sometimes due to server updates and security updates that we have to carry out on the servers the .net framework on your domain name may revert to .net 1.4 rather than .net 2.
A quick way to change this would be to log onto helm
Click on domains
Then on the affected domain name.
Now click on website settings
The settings may say that the site is already .net 2 all you need to do is choose either .net 1 or none and press save.
Once it has saved change back to .net 2 and press save again this will now revert your domain to its original .net 2 settings.
If you require any more information please do not hesitate to contact support.
